In the lakes I fish, early spring means 1/4 oz Kastmasters, Original Rapalas, LuckyCraft suspending jerkbaits, 4" plastic Fin-s Fish jerkbaits, and 3" (and smaller) grubs with minimal action tails.

probably finesse worms and senkos, also roostertails. I live in Pittsburgh too, where do you fish locally?
