Yes I am using a Rapala digital scale that I purchased about 6 weeks ago. What do you mean by based on my pics? Are you trying to say that they are not as heavy as my scale shows? I calibrate the scale so it reads "0 lbs 0 ozs" before I put any fish on it.  I am going back to Mercer again this morning to catch a trophy LMB.

I caught two more at Mercer today, a 1.25lb LMB and a 3lb LMB.

Good job punkin' us again today dad.  You are tearing it up lately.  Looks like Lake Mercer is starting to be your home lake there.  Tommorrow will be fun at Curtis, can't wait.  Goin' to get some more lures and stuff tonight to restock the tackle box after my disaster at Mercer today.  All for two little dinks of of Rapala Shad Raps (minnow color).  Oh well.  I got a good feeling about tommorrow.  See you in the morning dad.  Maybe I can actually keep up out there tommorrow, we'll see.

That's what I told Jason as we were leaving.  I mean what can you say when you are tossing the same lure next to him and he is pulling them out?  Good job Ron!

I told Jay the same thing, I guess I am just getting lucky and having my lure in the right place at the right time. Hopefully Jay will kick my butt tomorrow at Lake Curtis, he has caught fish there before and I have not, I got skunked.
