Beginning 3/1, smallmouth must be 18" to qualify as a keeper. The only exceptions are on South Holston, Watauga and Boone.  Those three will go to 18" in 2009.

Going to be weighing a lot fewer smallies in tournaments this summer. >:(

To make matters more confusing I heard they are leaving Douglas at 20 inches.....................Al

i dont think there is that many small mouth in tha TENNESSEE RIVER that big lol
