Heading to Forida in January need some advice on Lake Okeechobee!

Featured Replies

Im heading to Naples January 22nd-25th (girlfriend has a business meeting down there) Any help on were I should try to do some bass fishing? Lake Okeechobee comes to mind? Or is there any other bodies of water around there worth taking a look? If anyone knows of any good guides they would recommend or if anyone wants to trade a trip or something we could do that? I am from Wisconsin and could put you on some great smallmouth fishing on the Lake Michigan. Any ideas let me know I appreciate it.....

Thanks

Travis

Touch base with me when we get a little closer I may be able to bring you out on Okeechobee, I dont know for shure, as we gert closer I can help you out one way or another.

Naples has a lake near by in Imokolee, Lake Trafford, depending on water levels it can offer some goog fishing.

If you want to drive to the Belle Glade or Pahokee side of the lake then I'll take ya out in my boat.  I live in Palm Beach County and can meet you.  Let me know and I'll see what I can do to put you on some fish.

You will be closest to Clewiston for Okeechobee and I would recommend Scott Martin: 863-447-2043
