im hopin somebody knonws of a place near or around manassas or local areas where i kould fish i fish from the shore plz any recomendation would reallly be appreciated

I think you can forget about fishing any ponds or lakes for a few weeks and that's if it were to warm up some at the end of next week.   Only the rivers aren't frozen over now.

First off, welcome.

Secondly, I was at Curtis Lake down here in Stafford the past two days, not frozen.  I went with my daughter yesterday and she got cold, so we only fished about 20 minutes, and I was only out for about 10 today and decided it was entirely too windy for a sane human being to e out there. Combine that with the spray from the BC... no way in hell. 

I'd try Bull Run up in Manassas, someone told me they had mild success over near the bridge on 28 right where Centreville and Manassas meet.  Good luck and let us know how you do.

yes thank u guys so there is hope i fish lake brittle almost everyday and its entilery frozen when i was there 2 days ago and i really wana use all the new stuff ive gotten so curtis lake is good if u have any other ideas plz pm and thank u guys so much

On the news tonight there was a report from along side the river in DC.  There won't be any fishing down there for a while, it's packed with ice.

The iceon the Potomac seems to move in and out with the tide; there's alot of open water on the Potomac up here, but it's cold.

Drove over Occ bridge on 123, looked frozen too!  Can only imaging reservoir.
