kayak fishing in broward & palm beach counties

Featured Replies

New to the site, was curious if anyone would mind listing any of their favorite spots to drop in and fish.

one of my favs is a community lake in Boynton Beach, southwest corner of Woolbright and Congress, behind Cvs. They put up no fishing signs up within the last year or so, so I haven't been fishing it much lately.

Last time I went out to a lake out here in Silver Lakes, a few people were putting in Kayaks at a park on 172nd and Sheridan.  Nice large lake.  Plenty of fish.  Plenty of larger fish in there as well.

It's Walgreen not CVS.  There may be a couple of spots behind the office building off Congress where you might be able to park & launch, but I would only do it on a Sunday.

Atlantic Ave just past 441, the old Palm Beach track is now a park, perfect for kayaks and very little pressure.
