NEW YEARS DAY RESOLUTIONS

Way to go Matt Fly for going nearly a year without smokes. Even if you subtract the cost of cigars from the total, you've saved a lot of money. Well if you are like me you haven't really saved the money, just spent it on other things-fishing I hope. Its been about 10 years for me. I *** your ability to smoke the occasional good cigar. I miss them more than the cigarettes, but know myself well enough to know that if I smoke at all it will just be a matter of time before I am back to a pack or two a day. That is just my nature. Keep up the good work.

Way to go, Matt!  I bet the Tech game made you want a smoke in the first half.  ...lol

I did a magnetic therapy and quited smoking instantly.I can say that I was very  addicted (1 cigarette every 25-30min) .Dont know if this therapy is available in the states though.
