Resolutions?

Featured Replies

Personally, I think if somthing needs changing, change it, why wait for a specific day. I do understand the idea though.  Having others doing the same for support, and setting a date or making a plan is some peoples way of getting things done.

So what's it going to be? smoking, drinking, using only shimano?  What's your vice and how do you plan on changing it?

:)

I'm giving up liver & onions for the new year. ::)

Why do resolutions have to give something up???

My Resolution is to fish more than I did last year and to also take 2 more fishing trips than last year aswell.

True, good point.

You can get one of those trips out of the way right now, come to Fork with us in March!!!

I wish I could, That would be AWESOME, But i'm in my last year of college and a trip to fork will probably have to wait until after graduation.   For this year, I'm gonna have to keep my trips with in 250 miles from Omaha.

i plan on fishing new water this year. and having more color put in my arm. 8-)

There have been some excellent answers.

I agree with RW---eat less liver and onions!!! Also eat less and fish more works for me. My #1 resolution fom today forward is to spend more time with my parents while they are still vibrant and healthy. It is too easy to be busy and not take the time. I am taking my dad to Canada this June on the smallie trip. He went 4 years ago and I can tell alot of difference in his "age" in this few years.

Happy New Year To All My BR Friends!!! 8-)

I hear ya Kevin, I have been feeling that one lately myself.  It's just that age I guess.  Natural.  Great to recognize and be proactive.  No regrets.

My resoultions will be......

1.)  Make some things I did wrong right

2.)  Mend up some bridges (if possible)

3.)  Take my little girl fishing more

4.)  Get my new personal best at Lake Fork on the BR trip!!!
