Well i have a food saver and it works really good with plastics. i usually put some salt and bacon fat in with it and it gets absorbed into the plastic. it seems to work really well

That is pretty good, besides while packing the bait you get to eat the nice tasty bacon you had to cook to get the fat.

I have lots of 10+ year old soft plastics that have been stored in their original bags that have kept just fine. As a matter-of-fact, they are all

exactly the same as the day the packages were first opened.
