hey guys, i just ordered some mattlures minnows online and was wondering if people have used them and what were the results? thanks

Use a Falcon hook with them. I preferr a 4/0 1/8th -1/4th ounce. I fish them on light line 8-12lb test. and I prefer spinning gear. Use the bait for its strenght's. They are extremly weedless!(just like all the paddletail tubes) and when you rig them properly you will hardly see any hook at all.

I received a package of three last fall and fished them hard on the Tennessee River targeting smallmouth. It took some time to lose two of them, but when I finally did, the score was zero fish and no bites or strikes. I'm saving the third for "just the right situation".

i know i'm going to catch some fish on them at my favorite lake. they look just like the forage fish and i'll let you know how i do, when i do
