Does anyone have any luck catching bass on this lure in this color? I know it's a great lure overall, but I wondered if this specific color catches people any bass.

Havent tried that one. I do have the Female Bullgill LC-pointer that works well.

I've never tried Baby Bass because that pattern somehow lands flat on me.

However, I'd certainly recommend "Nishiki". The success of plugs with a redhead pattern dates back over 50 years.

In murky water I strictly use "Aurora Green Perch".

The black bars against the light hologram really show up well in dingy water (important with a quiet plug).

Same here, don't know about that color on the pointer but use it on the sammy 65 and it works.  For pointers I usually throw the chartreuse shad in the #78 as I'm in clear water most of the time.

I have had some luck with "sunfish" lately- looks just like a perch in the water.
