FACTS TO PONDER:

A) The number of physicians in the U.S. is 700,000

B) Accidental deaths caused by Physicians per year are 120,000

C) Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171.

Statistics courtesy of U.S. Dept of Health Human Services.

Now think about this:

Guns:

A) The number of gun owners in the U.S. is 80,000,000. Yes, that's 80 million

B) The number of accidental gun deaths per year, all age groups, is 1,500.

C) The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is .000188

Statistics courtesy of the FBI

So, statistically, doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners.

Remember, "Guns don't kill people, doctors do."

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOCTOR

I totally agree with every one of these points. We shouldn't have to fight to keep our gun rights, they should be a given because it was said that "all men have the right to bear arms and that that right cannot be infringed. That means it is set in stone the only problem is that antigunners think that they are above the law and that they are better than everyone else ... Hey did yall hear that they are trying to get a bill passed that would require that you register every gun that you own once a year every year. Thats not so bad but they want us to pay 10 bucks for each gun we own--every year >:(.Now I don't know about all yall but thats a lot of money each year. All of mine won't be registered and if they wanna fight about it I got plenty of ammo ;)

I beleive that proposal was "shot down" in about three seconds.  Although the guy(s) that proposed it say they will continue the fight.
