My son and I fish at night and I bought some jitter bugs to use and we cant seem to hook up,we get blow ups on them but the fish dont take it.What are we doing wrong?Can anyone help.

My avg. for the past 3 times ive been out is 12.

if i can get a good day im thinking of going to gibbson this coming monday,I hope the water is up.I went last year and could not get my boat in what a waste of time that was.
