I bought a box of P-Line #6 for my new ultralite.  I get home to put it on and when I opened the box it was a spool of Shakespeare Supreme which I'm sure cost about $4. less then the P-Line.

Someone probably swapped spools.  

 That really is low ! Never heard of that before...

I've been seeing a lot of empty rapala boxes at my local walmart lately. >

 I received a free gift from Harris Poll, an MP3 player.  When the box arrived it looked kind of rough. When I opened it, the package had been melted open by a cigarette lighter and the mp3 player gone. They sent me another one though.

Crazy things happen this time of year. Tuesday night my wife and I were shopping in Ulta to get her daughter some hair stuff. Two girls loaded up on things walked to the front door, rushed out to a waiting car and took off. The employees said it happens several times a week. What low lifes they are.

That stuff does happen a  lot.  That's why I always pay attention when I buy line.  I bought a couple of spools at Gander Mountain awhile back.  Got them home, and they looked a little 'thin'.  So, I compared them to a new spool I had ordered, and they were probably about 100 yards low on each spool.  Evidently someone took them back after spooling up, and got their money back.   >

dang that sucks. i'd be very mad if that happened to me. like hookemdown ive seen many empty lure boxes at walmart or other stores. mainly the nice ones...rapalas.
