I told my wife last night that I want seafood for the 4th of July and not the usual ribs we always cook.

She agreed so I am going to search for hardshell crabs and shrimp this week.

Only crawfish would improve that menu.   :)

Putting old bay on crabs is a given  ;)

LBH, this will sound stupid but i never thought that old bay was popular anywere except the mid atlantic region.....guess you learn something new every day lol

Just had a soft shell sandwhich today at work, nothing gets much better than a soft shell with some vinegar and old bay :)

Nice one, but i'm having a tough time figuring out if your being serious. :-/

Funny thing about crab is that I am allergic to the legs, claws and all that muscle areas,  But I can actually eat everything under the shell.  It wasnt until i grew up that I realized that under the shell is the brain and innards of a crab LOL  But to me its the best tasting part and the only part I can eat.
