In VA you have to open carry in any establishment that serves alcohol.

I have never study the laws in NC on hand guns. I always keep one close by when I'm in my truck, home and boat. I have been through a lot of traffic stops and no one asks and I don't say. So I guess I could get in trouble. Hmmm

It amazes me at how few people know that concealed carry is already in place throughout much (or most) of the country and think that it's now going to be a return to the ok corral.  ...lol  Tens of thousands of people already carry everyday... the only difference is now they can have lunch in a restaurant that also serves alcohol... which changes nothing.

Those who would break the law and drink while carrying have already been there drinking with a concealed weapon, they just haven't been caught....
