Hey Russ,

I've seen you mention on occasion UPS driving tips and training

Any chance you'd regularly say every 2 weeks share a tip / training deal or is it confidential?

Is it even practical if legal?

just a thought

Might help any of us maybe the youngsters could save their butt once or twice

Tip #1 ??If it looks like a fishing rod tube, just run over it with the front wheels before putting it into the cargo area

man that's a good one

then again you are from New York what do you know about driving?  LOL

I would have to check with the powers to be when I go back to work on Monday but I think it's do-able.  It would be nice to use the exact wording, but if I have to, I could re-explain the same point in a different way.  I'll look into it.

Let's start here.

SEATBELT is ON when the wheels are moving.

That's a great start Russ. I wish everybody would heed that one.

I maybe drive 50ft sometimes but always put it on. Amazing how well my kids including the older ones do as well. Am also amazed at the number of people who get caught w/o them on or are dead as a result. If I forget the 9yr olds are panicky.

Gotta give Il credit for passing the law many years ago.

Thanks for checking with UPS Russ
