I wasn't born until '86 but those look good to me (except maybe #10). I'll try to fill in some blanks!

I think I know them all.

I remember sitting with my cousing and grandmother watching TV waiting for the Beatles to come on the Ed Sullivan Show.

4. Protect the Innocent (Dum-De-Dum-Dum)

5. The Lion Sleeps Tonight

6. Do the Limbo (I did pretty good at this)

7. Chocolate

8. Louie Armstrong (has New Orleans Airport named in his honor)

9. Timex (Wish they made cars like Timex watches)

10. Klem Kadiddlehopper, God Bless

11. Draft Cards (Women burned bras for their feminest movement)

12. Beatle & Bug

13. Buddy Holly (Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper were killed with him when the plane crashed)

14. Sputnik (Beep-Beep)

15. Hula hoop (I had blue and yellow ones)

I knew it Klem didn't sound right. But that was a Red Skeleton character, wasn't it?

I forgot Freddie Freeloader, but got all the others -- Now for the bonus round, follow-up to #4 - there was a very unique signature ending to evey show - what was it?

Olebiker, your memory is much better than mine.  I know Sky King had a niece named Penny, but I have no idea what the name of his plane was.  As for Gene Autry's horse? His name was Buckwheat.  ;D
