The media is all about death doom and gloom.  Thats why I dont watch the crap.  I look at the weather and world things but I dont pay attention to this crap.

It was an interesting news clip.  the black hole that eats geneva is the kind of fluffery that attracts attention. To me, the most significant statement was that President Reagan wanted to build it in America and because we didn't the center of physics has moved to Europe.  I'm not sure how important this fact is, but it's just yet another instance of the decline of America.

agree, joking aside it was very intresting on what they are doing, if it works then the knowledge will take us alot further than were ready, I believe.

And yes Bring back RR and deal with the Russians

Puuuuleeeeeeze!  They'll do this little experiment and still be scratching their heads.  If my memory serves me correctly, I think they built a similar particle accelerator her in North Texas a few years back, abandoning their research after many attempts.
