Can you re-anodize something?

If you have a piece of aluminum that is anodized...can you have it anodized a different color?  Does it have to be stripped somehow?

    Yes and yes.  I have a guy that did the anodizing for my Daiwa BBS, if you want his contact info I can PM it to you.  He is very meticulous and also very reasonable.
