for some reason, i cant get my Bearshare songs to go on my Zune, it says Zune doesnt support Bearshare or something... :-/

For starters, Bearshare is illegal. Not than anyone cares or does anything about it. ;D I used to have it, then one of my friends told me about Ares, and since then, Ares is my savior! ;D

can you tell me more about Ares?

Ha! n00b.  I heard frostwire was good but i have never used it.

can you tell me more about Ares?

Sure! Ares is a file sharing program that allows you to obtain music, video, pictures, programs, ect. All you have to do is search what you are looking for, then right click and download its that simple. I know it works with itunes not sure about zune though. All songs are in mp3 format if that helps. But yeah, Ares is free and had the best selection I think for any file sharing program.

DO NOT use Bearshare.  Use the free version of Limewire.  Bearshare will destroy your computer.  Eliminate it immediately!

Do not use any of the bearshare, limewire, ares etc. unless you want to load your computer with multiple viruses and then come on the board and say why is my computer so slow and I have all these pop ups. I work on computers and have seen this way too many times. If you want to download music for free try www.spiralfrog.com they are drm and don't have everything but it is completely free and legal. The best way to download is to use BitTorrent, but that isn't legal.

Actually you can get in trouble for downloading songs because if you don't know what you are doing when you download a song it goes into your library and is then available for other to download. This is where you get into trouble. Granted not many have gone to court but many have settled out of court who have been sued by the RIAA. A woman recently was told by the courts that she had to repay 222,000 dollars for sharing something like 50 songs, it was later overturned by she still might have to pay when she goes back to court. Do some research online and find out what you are doing before you get yourself in trouble.

"Dude check out all the new songs I got on my zune" If everything lived up to the hype-college humor

LOL ;D
