The Cardinals are playing good ball but they just haven't been able to catch the Cubbies.  The Cubs are the best team in baseball at this moment.

I was referring to the fact that the second half of the season is always Hill's time to take a dive.  Hopefully Ted 40 million dollars Lilly too.

I hope that Hendry makes a move or two before the deadline WRT to pitching.  Z and Demps are strong, Lilly is 60/40, Marquis is teh suck.  We could really use an 07 Rich Hill in the rotation, but his head is buggered.

I'd almost guarentee he will make a move or two for pitching, especially with a few NL West teams getting ready for a fire sale.  Crew fans are thinking the same thing with Melvin.

The entire NL West IS a fire sale.

As much as I can't stand the bo sox, I really like Big Papi.  This is a tuff pill to swallow for fans.  Too bad it wasn't Manny.  I could definitley do without that guy.
