Cards had a big scare today. Molina took a hard shot. They say it's just a mild concussion. It was a nasty collision at the plate. It could have been prevented if that klutz, Chris Duncan, could throw a ball. He must be the biggest goof in MLB. If his daddy wasn't the pitching coach which is Tony's buddy, he would be gone.

Anyway, we'll start falling off soon. I can't see how we can keep winning unless the other teams keep giving us games.  :

Good luck with that trade. If the Cards really wanted him, they'd have to part a few guys like Shane Robinson, Jesse Todd, or Noel Salas, etc. The thing is, is that really worth the Cards parting with a bunch of talent for a few months of CC?

A ton of people are mentioning the chubbies, but who do they have to offer that Cleveland wants?

I will personally be ticked if the Crew makes a run at him. Not saying he won't help another team, but selling the farm in Milwaukee just doesn't make sense for Sabathia. Not this season. That one guy won't push us over the hump, and if they part with either Gamel, LaPorta, or Escobar, I'll be livid.

We need help in the rotation, but I don't know if we need it that much.

And deal would probably require moving Hoffpair, Pie and perhaps Cedeno.
