I really think I'm going to start a series of threads called (Reasons why California SUCK!!!!). This is my second thread regarding the "Suckiness" of the Golden State. The first thread was regarding the State giving us IOU's instead of our Tax returns.

Yea... that's it, lets put a ban on certain TV's. That's sure to stop everybody from buying them. Ever heard of amazon.com or eBay. STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!! What about gaming consoles. With the new "Next Gen" consoles that take an extreme amount of power usage. Are you guys going to put strict restrictions on these too. If these people spent the same amount of time on our state budget that they spent on ridiculous ideas like this, maybe I would have got MY money for my taxes instead of a IOU......

Another thing doesnt the gov realize the more you ban stuff the more bootlegging and law breakin occurs ,,Example when i go to Virginny  me bein from maryland im only suppose to buy 2 cartons of cigs when i come BACK HERE HAAAAAAAAAAA  not only do i buy as many as possible beccause they are 50% cheaper but maryland tellin me i cant makes me do it even more so >matter of fact i could smuggle cigs sell them here $10 more then what i pay for um and make anywhere from 100 to 200 bucks a DAY profit .I could easily sell 20 cartons for 35 bucks my great great great grand dad was a blockade runner for st marys county so its in my blood
