What's so wrong with being bold in your 20s? :-?

I'd suggest a running program. There are tons of them.

Lots of questions to ask before I could offer any suggestions.

1. How old are you?

2. Do you have access to a gym with weights, bikes, track, etc.?

3. How many times a week can you workout?

4. What type of diet?  Muscle gain, weight loss, or cardio health?

Also, if you are over 40 and are 20-30lb over weight it might be a good idea to see a doctor for a physical and blood work (blood sugar and cholestorol).  If both of these are bad you might be limited to certain foods and types of exercise.

Stretch.  Then stretch some more.  After that, do some stretching exercises.
