I like steak but not a whole lot of it. I might eat it it once a week :-/

I love a good hamburger now and then. I also wouldn't be able to go without a steak now and then. Mmmm...i can taste it now...

Trying to figure out how many days I took off my life eating that New York Strip steak off the grill yesterday. Marinated in Dales Seasoning for about 30 mins then several minutes on the grill. Come get me Grim Reaper.

I think I recently saw a study that said people who eat diets high in vegetables had smaller brains. The conclusion was that eating lots of vegetables makes your brain shrink.  :-?

Do NOT eat red meat!  If you have steaks, roasts, hamburger, etc. in your house, get rid of it. PM me and I'll give you my address, so you can ship it to me! :D
