Featured Replies

While surfing Craig's list tonight..   Would you buy or fish from it!

Below, please find the list of items in my possession with attached photos:

Round boat working model field tested

One bass boat seat I have an extra seat if interested

One seat frame / hardware - I have an extra frame / hardware if interested

One modified trolling motor / frame

One battery (dry cell)

One battery charger

The boat has a hole through the middle that the trolling motor fits inside and below the seat. The operator sits on the bass boat seat with the trolling motor just below. The trolling motor can be swiveled approximately 120º for direction. The boat has solid flotation built inside.

The asking price is $850 - OBO

That thing looks like a disaster waiting to happen. Rods and tackle falling off the boat, people laughing at you as you troll by. Plus how do you steer the trolling motor? For less money you can Buy a brand new 14' Jon boat.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Sorry, I can't comment. I'm laughing too hard.

I can't believe anyone would seriously consider buying that.  As stated, it looks like a disaster waiting to happen.  Its width to length ratio would make it extremely un-hydrodynamic.  Its as flat-bottom as it gets, so theres no way it can take any chop.  It looks like it would flip in a heartbeat.  Total garbage IMO.  Not even a good experiment.

You gotta love the 1970's kitchen table chair stuck to the thing to.  It shows a lot of class!

Just noticed a few more things:

-Unloading and loading the boat into the water? How would you even do it. There is no way of moving the trolling motor up and down you have the chair right above it.

-Trailer, is it even possible? And if so would you be caught dead driving down the road trailering the thing?

This must be an Early April Fools day Joke

the fish would definitely all survive if it had a livewell, because they wouldn't be caught dead in that thing!

'nuff sed......

I'd give him $50 for it - throw away the seat, cut the saucer away, remove the battery and might make a decent trolling motor.

That thing is sweeeeet! 8-) LOL

But seriously you would have to plant your butt right dead in the middle.Any movement to the edges whatsoever and your going for a nice swim.Imagine some hot shot blowin by you in his rig going 50+ mph ::)

That aint a boat. That picture is from the set of a low budget Star Trek flick they're filming.......William Shatner won't sit on it until they upgrade the chair. ::)
