The great Dom Deluise died earlier this week and I just saw on the news that Chuck Daly,  who lead the Pistons in a back to back NBA title  died this morning.

    Always happens in three's.  A great American, Jack Kemp, died on 5/2.

    Being a former Detroiter and big,big Pistons fan I'm sad to learn that Chuck Daly passed away, I was equally sad that the Pistons owner, Bill Davidson, passed away 2 months ago.  He will be missed for his community activism and charitable work.

    Add to that Joe's younger brother, Dom DiMaggio, who played for the Red Sox. He died about the same time as Daly.
