Sounds like a buch of bull to me.I have 3 accounts and neither of my other 2 have gotten this message. It looks authentic but would really like to know if there is a way to verify before hitting the reply button, which of course I will not do.

I have 5 accounts....

Set it as spam, I have been getting a few and set them so I don't see them anymore, accounts are still working. If they (Yahoo) had the same spoof mail setup that PayPal does, they would be able to find out who is sending the phishing attempt e-mails. But hay unless your paying the yearly fee they are selling your account addresses and info anyway...

Tight Lines!!!!

No valid company email would request a user's password or other information. If you get concerned an email is valid when they do this call the company directly to verify, but no one will do that anymore. Its a phishing attempt, nothing more.

Right I figured as much since they asked for password.

Hotmail pulled some crap on me a year or so ago but they merely said accounts inactive for 60 days will be deleted and then they proceded to delete my account since I didn't use it.

I got a bunch of pictures links and other info in my email.I guess common sense would dictate that I move what I want to storage somewhere else regardless. ::)

Anyone that would furnish the above information in a reply deserves what they have coming.

Working in network security I am repeatedly amazed at what people will click on. No matter how much you train people they just down think about it, or in the case of links they don't look just click. In a way I have to agree they have it coming if they don't pay attention but when I have to fix it I get annoyed.....
