While I have taken photos in restaurants, this photo was taken after I cooked the food.

Ya think???

Burley, you really let me down this time. Knowing your style and taste of things you like to prepare yourself, I can't believe you are using a jarred cocktail sauce. seriously.

I mean,...you even make your own hummice!!

now, I am a BIG FAN of the "Old Bay" company, but cocktail sauce was meant to be made by hand

Ketchup

horseradish (extra hot)

lemon juice

dab of garlic oil

It's all in the horseradish sauce, more=hotter, but you have to start with the X-hot version right off the bat for that proper kick. Below is a pic of the only stuff I use, Inglehoffer. Find your balance

Corell is high tech stuff in a WV restaurant.  Its generally brown paper bags, or paper plates in real nice establishments!   ;)

You guys need to find a wife that will cook for you.

More time to fish!  :D

The old Inglehoffer is good on about anything. I keep a jar in the fridge for cocktail sauce or Roast beef sandwich needs.  I can't blame Burley though for taking the quick cut on a vacation.
