I'll bite.  I love Living Colour.  Ever listen to The Urge?  If you are a LC fan u will love them.  Little bit more rock than funk but killer either way.  Master of Styles is a top notch album

great band! i was front row at some dive bar in fort lauderdale about 15 years ago. those cats put on a great show.

body count was another band that was great, but never quite blew up. cop killer caused a huge stir with the media down here. i forget the bands name, but they opened up for body count--they rocked as well.
