Waterboarding vs Beerboarding.

Not a political statement but just a thought.

The idea of using beer for waterboarding was brought up in an earlier thread by my good friend from Wisconsin (where else).

It got me thinking. I know alot of people believe waterboarding is torture but our politicians, at least a good percentage of them don't get it. If this technique can result in information that saves American lives, go for it. Anyway to appease our leaders why not use Beerboarding? I believe they would get much better results anyway. Who doesn't blab when they are 3 sheets to the wind. They would probably tell you what you need to know and alot you don't. I'm sure you would find some of them were sleeping with Pamela Anderson or have been with Paris Hilton. I think we should all write our Congressman and Women and promote this. Let's start a campaign. Brian can supply the cheese for when the beerboardings are over. Who doesn't like cheese with beer?

;D ;D

I do and I would take a brats too!

I quit drinking about 6 years ago but if I still did, sign me up for this beer boarding.

Oh and make the cheese Monteray Jack and Extra Sharp Cheddah.

My time in the Army taught me that waterboarding is for interrogation of terror suspects, while beer boarding is strictly for the troops during their down-time, when and if they get any!

You must have done a tour in Korea!

negative on Korea....I was stationed in Germany, so the booze was even better!

They would never do that because it could explicitly violate religious rights of some of the people being interrogated. Other than that it's not a bad idea.

Thats what I was thinking, and for that reason, its an even better reason to do it. ;) ;D

In my opinion waterboarding is a PC way of interogation. They should be using brass knuckles and blow torches against terrorist suspects.

Hope i didnt cross the line here.

dont really want to get too involved in this one......

but i will say, ive let alot of things slip in my highly drunken state....that, well, i shouldn't have.

In theory i think this is a great idea.  the only problem would be i dont think they would be able to consider information from someone who has been forced to funnel beer heavily credible.
