Bass on River Monsters?

Featured Replies

On the "River Monsters" episode with alligator gar, at the end he goes snorkeling to look at the gar, and I think I saw a TOAD in the background when he first gets in. Wonder where that was?

That show is about as interesting as watching paint dry.  I'm very shocked that Animal Planet will show someone fishing.

Larry Dahlberg's show is better and he targets some badass fish.

I'm not gonna lie I've seen every episode but the only part I really want to see is the last 20 minutes when he actually goes fishing and catches the targeted fish. They really stretch that show out and make it longer than necessary in order to fill the whole hour. I agree about Larry Dahlberg, that guys is a heck of a fisherman. Those wolf fish he catches are some scary dudes.

I DVR'd the show and watched the last couple minutes frame by frame.  You must be talking about when he jumps in, and two fish swim away from him.  One top right and the other horizontally across.

They are huge.  They are also not bass.  They're carp.
