Do you use the white pages?

Featured Replies

AT&T provides local telephone service to a large part of Florida. They want to quit delivering the white pages telephone book to their customers unless the customers specifically request one.

Do you use the white pages?

If you mean just the hardcopy - NO!

Its much quicker and easier for me to use the internet.

The ones that we get go straight to the recycling bin.

When near a computer, the internet is quicker... but when I do grab a phone book I almost always go for the white pages.  If I need yellow it's because I'm looking for ideas or don't know who to call.

Nope. Internet is a lot faster

Why flip through thousands of pages when you can find it in seconds on the internet?? Not printing so many copies of the white pages could probably save a lot of trees

Get with the times old man!! J/K

But I haven't used a phone book in a couple years.  With my phone or computer, it takes half the time to look things up.

% of us share a pc so by the time I could get logged on to my desktop and Outlook opened I would have already been dialing the number from the white pages.

I don't know when I last pulled out the white pages.  Most of the phone numbers I regularly use are programmed into my cell phone.
