Missouri man charged with receiving stolen fishing gear

JEFFERSON CITY A Missouri man is facing up to seven years in prison for receiving stolen fishing gear worth tens of thousand of dollars.

The Missouri State Water Patrol said Monday that Keith A. Clark of Peculiar was arrested July 11 and charged with a felony for receiving property stolen during fishing tournaments at the Lake of the Ozarks, Table Rock Lake and Truman Reservoir.

Water Patrol spokesman Sgt. Jerry Callahan said that so far, Clark only has been charged with one count for receiving the stolen equipment. But Callahan said the investigation is continuing and additional charges are possible against Clark and other suspects.

Police said Clark is involved in thefts on April 26 and May 30 at the Lake of the Ozarks; April 4, April 5, June 25 and June 26 on Table Rock Lake; and July 9 and July 10 on Truman Reservoir.

If this is the guy I read about, he deserves a night out with the boys.

Google Bucksaw Marina and thieves.   Don't know if thats the guy or not, but they did get one of these guys.

They were floating tournament boats out of the slips in the middle of the night and stripping them in the middle of the lake.

Winds pushed these boats into the rocks after they were done.

So these anglers lost boat and tackle.

I say let the anglers have a night with him.

Maybe he'll get a "rod" of his own when he gets to prison.

He kinda looks more like a pitcher to me.

Take a cheese grater to him, dunk him in JJ's Magic and Onion Powder then drop him off a couple miles offshore. IF he makes it back, he lives.

Hope he does some hard time for all that... what a worthless shell of a man...

You think he is to big to wacky rig????   :)

Hey we all have to make a living ;D  I know some people that do the same thing to all of us everyday ::)
