what do you guys think of them? i'm about to get a pair.

Stick with Georgia boots or Wolverine. Justin also makes good boots.

What kind of boots are you looking for?

I only wear boots. I stick with Justin, Red Wing, and Ariat.

I think the fact that I've never heard of them says a lot.

My buddy manages a Work World store, Timberland Pros are nice boots too,for the money.

I have a pair and they suck. Spend the money and go Red Wing.

I've never heard of them. If you want a good pair of boots try Wolverine, or Timberland. My son swears by Red Wing.

Wolverine and Georgia make comfortable boots, but the soles don't last me as long as the Red Wing "Aztec Super Sole 2.0". That's all I've been buying for the past 8 years or so, and have no complaints. Super comfortable, the soles last a long time and when they wear out you can drop them off at the RW store and have them resoled.

Oh yeah, the free laces for life is pretty handy too.  ;)

If you are looking for boots for Ice Fishing this is what I use. Would not use them for anything but standing on ice though, they are extremely warm.

i've got a pair of Red Wings, but they're just a little tight, i can still wear them though. i'm gonna give these Kodiak's a shot. $29.99 for a $130 pair of boots its worth a shot.

also, they're Canadian, that may be why you haven't heard of them.

For future reference Red Wing's come in different widths too.

The run wider on me, so I wear a B. Sounds like you would need an E. Since you can't order them offline anyway, its nice to go to the store and get a perfect fit.

They're also made on a few different "lasts", so if one style doesn't fit you, try one built on a different last. This works the other way, as well. If you find a boot that fits your feet perfectly, you can change style of boot without changing the way they fit by buying one built on the same last.
