Here are a few of my favorite old southern metal songs and videos. And 1 that's not old or southern(I think) If they don't work I apologize. So ignore.

  Ok, so the first 2 don't work. It was a band called Acid Bath and the song was Graveflower. The second was Down and song was Stone the crow. But Mastadon works.

I have been listening to that song since I was a young teenager. Many,many, many years ago. That is actually the song that got me to like them. When the kite string pops is a great album.

Then you should listen to DOWN and there first album NOLA. One of my favorites. If you didn't know Phil is the singer in that band too.

I can still remember my buddy getting Nola from BMG when it first came out and then listening to it for weeks on end.  Great stuff!
