why the hell is that guy flailing around in waist high water??? and then why does he make the other guy drag his full body weight out, instead of attempting to climb out........

Yeah, if you watch the show it makes sense that Jim just let him fall into the pond and he made it way harder to get out than it needed to be.  That's just Steve Carrell for you.

my father has a koi pond, it's a LOT of work to keep going well, but it's cool to have.
