Got a package yesterday from dick.When I went to pick it up my eyes lit up when I seen a long piece of PVC.Guys let me tell you that this guy makes awesome custom rods.It is a 7'6" Castaway HG40 905 telescoping blank with custom rod wrap and micro guides (Ooten custom rods).This bad boy means business.I cant wait to get it in some heavy cover and do some winching.dick I owe you big time brother as you way out did your self.This is now my favorite rod and my first flipping stick.Thanks again dick and I hope you and your family have a MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Dude, you have no idea. Ootens creations are the sheet.  I got to see a couple of them last year on the Roadtrip and they are TIGHT lookin'.

Those micro guides are ridiculous.  The thing looks like a blank with a reel seat on it.  Like a fine woman, they look better naked.   ;D
