No, apparently Leech and the administration have been at odds for a while, but this incident is definitely the thing that allowed them to get rid of him (in a way that happened to save them $800k)

I'm watching the Armed Forces Bowl right now...and guess who pops up during the halftime show.  You guessed it.  There's that video by Daddy James again.  "We're the victims...we're trying to protect our son."  It's starting to make me sick.  ESPN shows that video every 5 minutes.

Tech just royally screwed itself.  Somebody is going to get a good coach or OC.

Yea I just saw that too what a joke, if the guys dad wasnt who he is, I bet james wouldn't have even been on the field (not that he really ever was anyway).   Tech just wanted leach gone and jumped on this opportunity, IMO the motivating factor was a heck of a lot of money owed to leach.   

Leach was wrongfully terminated and was denied due process.  He'll be getting his revenge on TTU in court.

The hatchet job ESPN has been pulling this week is disgraceful.  Then again, ESPN isn't exactly a bastion of objective journalism.

Well, at least it took the attention off of the whole Urban Meyer "will he stay or will he go" love affair.
