Was thinking about buying a wii

Featured Replies

Was thinking about buying a wii to help combat cabin fever for the family.   But to my surprise there are none to be had.   Yet the advertisements are still going strong.   Whats gives????

They are very fun, its the only video game system I can get my wife to play.

If you have a family with fairly young kids it is well worth the money.  From about teen on it is too "kidsy" for them.  Very animated games with cartoon like themes.

However, they are great for families and can even be used for fitness with Wii fit, and a few other workout packages.

IMO the fishing games are really good if you get the equipment for it.

Good luck!!

are you under the age of 12? If so, get a Wii.

If not, get an XBOX360.

I have one and enjoy it. It's a game system that everyone can play which makes it fun. My favorite games thus far are Wii Resort and Tiger Woods.

Would love to get one but the further I dig into it the more I'm finding out the low supply is on purpose to create a impulse buy and to keep the sales up. That's what I read not my opinion.  And from what the guy at target said related to the info I read   Don't know the reasons why there is a shortage weather it a marketing ploy or they just can't keep up but I'm not real concearned.  We was hooked on getting one but now we have already changed our minds    Oh well their lose not ours

Super Mario Brothers Wii is awesome. Mario Kart for the Wii is awesome. Tiger Woods for the Wii = awesome once again. Wii Sports and Sports+ are pretty fun as well. The big thing though is that none of these games are really fun unless you are playing with other people in the same room.

I bought one. A lot of games are for little kids, but I just bought the new super mario brothers, and its really good. It also made me realize why I smashed so many Nintendo controllers as a kid :D !!!!!
