Robin Hood

Featured Replies

I've been dying to go see Robin Hood since the first time I saw a commercial for it. I mean I'm assuming it's gonna be awesome since its got Russell Crowe in it, an if it turns out to be half as good as Gladiator than it should be awesome!

Anybody gone to see it yet, was it any good?

I liked it a lot, I think people were expecting something different. This is definitely going to be a series of movies.

I'm looking forward to seeing it.  I'm not a fan of going to a movie theater, but I'll definitely picking it up when it comes out on Blu-Ray.

I'm not sure whether it's Zorro or Robin Hood that holds the record for the most movies based on the character, this is one I didn't need to see. IMO it was slow and boring, the last 20 minutes weren't too bad.

When it comes to Robin Hood movies I pick Errol Flynn still the reigning champ, some of younger members may never have seen that film.  Kevin Costner's Robin Hood movie I thought was pretty good.

We're talking about "Robin Hood," not "Robin Hood, Men In Tights."   ;D ;D
