Hopefully Danny runs well Friday night since he is in a decent car and John King runs well tonight in the truck race.

Im talking about going tonights racing for trucks and mods.  Although I should probably say I have tickets.  The way the weather is playing out, I am not holding out too much hope for beating and banging in the bullring tonight.

Well there goes that.  A very important meeting has derailed my trip to Bristol.  Next time I guess.

On and off since Tuesday. It be light rain, stop, pour, stop, light rain, stop, pour, etc.

It would probably stop raining for about 5 minutes then continue. I haven't seen the sunshine since Tuesday morning.

I finally put my rain gauge out on Sunday.  From Monday evening until about an hour ago, we had gotten around 4.5" of rain.

Doesn't take much to get the area around the track muddy.  If I were going over there for the Busch race tomorrow night, I would be wearing a pair of rubber boots.

You just gotta know where to park and walk.  I could go and not have a need for anything different as far as shoes go. 

We had 5 inches of rain at my house alone yesterday.  I had to call in at work because my basement and driveway leading into the garage was flooding.  Baled over 1000 gallons of water by bucket and garbage can before Dad got off work and brought a pump.   Needless to say Im sore today.
