I go with the Tucker Max Death Mix

A 32 oz Gatorade in Fruit Punch, with 4 Red Bulls, and 20 oz of Everclear in a Camel Pack.

I just don't know about that. 20 oz of Everclear? My friend couldn't stand upright with 6 ounce let alone 20......Plus the fact you're mixing an upper with downer makes it more sketchy. ;D

Take my financial advice. The greater the risk, the greater the return ;)

hmmmm..(perfect set up for getting drunk and hooking up with a fat chick joke).....

As Tin pointed out the obvious flaw in my advice, I'll make a correction. The greater the risk, the chance for greater reward  ;D

Try FRS sports drink, best out there.

I don't drink anything but water now, after I learned those sports drinks were part of the cause of my kidney stones. :-[

Sounds like you need to drink more beer. Last time the gf had them the doc said to have a beer every couple of days. I guess it helps break up and pass the mineral deposits. Another doc told my grandfather the same thing. :o

Guess I misunderstood my doctor.  I thought he said have a couple of beers every day.   ;D

I used to drink water only, then I found out fish mate in it! :o J/K. Alot of water with a little diet dew.

I remember when Gatorade appeared on the shelves.

It was marketed as a drink that replaced the the minerals and fluids lost during exercise.

So I figured what the heck?  It may not be cold and refreshing, but the cheapest solution was to lick my own sweat.

Water and whatever is on sale at the local supermarket usually sits in my cooler, the other day the ran a 10 for 10 buck of the 32oz Gator Aid and I loaded up.  Also, like Power Aid and use Powertrip shots for energy, best tasting power drink out there IMO!

After my vacation from the site, I feel I must post on this to keep my daily average up.

I drink my pisss. I don't let any nutrients go to waste, I treat my body like a temple.

New, what is your Power Bar of choice?

Bear Grylls was on tv last night. He was trekking across some desert some place, got thirsty, so decided to have a drink of his urine that he was carrying in a snakeskin. I believe he said it wasn't too appealing. I was about to wretch, he just about did.

But what you didn't see was the the camera crew swapping that snake hide with a snake hide filled with Deep Park.
