Miami "All-Star" Heat 0-1

Recommended Posts

Pretty funny when Doc Rivers said "We won, because of luck."

This is going to be a fantastic year.  I can't wait to see what happens when Wade gets fully recovered.  Sucks that he lost so much time from the hamstring.  If Miami and Boston go 7 games in the ECF, I don't care who wins.  Thats going to be just great to watch.  Not having Mike Miller really hurt Miami.  Ray Allen sat outside and murdered the Heat.  Miami didn't have it's biggest outside threat.  Heres to hoping that the next time they meet, both teams will be 100%.

The Celtics will have injury problems again given the age of the team overall. But I see another problem arising, age having an impact on conditioning and them blowing 4th quarter leads.

I used to like the Heat, but don't anymore after they got Lebron.

I just hate Lebron so much that I guess I can't like the Heat.

His new commercial is incredibly annoying too.

I am glad the Heat lost and even happier the Celtics won.

This should be a great season with what could possibly be one of the best teams in history with Wade, James, and Bosh.

Shocker, somebody from Ohio that hates LeBron James.  What are the odds of that?

I don't like the Cavs at all, so that has nothing to do with it.

I just think that Lebron's ego is way too big.I can understand why he left Cleveland, but the way he did it was wrong.

I truly believe if LeBron had gone not made the jump from high school to the NBA and gone to college inbetween he could have been humbled a little bit and possibly entered the NBA with a better understanding of marketing. He could have gone down as the equal to or better than Jordan. I cannot stand the guy but he is an amazing athlete. Watching him "go off" in the fourth quarter last night and pull the Heat back within four points was pretty amazing.

It was a weird game to say the least. The Celtics let the Heat back into the game, IMO, but good teams like the Heat will always find a way to get back into it by game's end.

I actually thought the Heat were going to win when they cut the lead to 3 and had momentum. When Ray Allen delivered a 3 point dagger, it pretty much sealed the deal.

Should be a fun season.

Well, they weren't going to 85 and 0... :D

You're right because there are only 82 games in a season. ;D

Miami what?

BRING ON L.A.!

Be careful what you wish for.

Kobe is still hurting, now is the time, lol.

I really think with the Green's off-season signings they could take them.

keep hating. 27% field goal percentage in the first half, wade is rusty because he played a total of 3 minutes in the pre-season due to injury. it was the first game of an 82 game season. and to say that lebron would have better understanding of marketing if he went to college is the funniest thing i have ever read. here is a list of his sponsors or should i say his lack of marketing skills:

nike

microsoft

state farm

cub cadet

bubblicious

mcdonalds

sprite

upper deck

glaceau

you're right tin he sucks at marketing.

Well darn. Either way nobody goes undefeated in NBA. It just don't happen. ;D

To be fair, Lebron marketing skills were literally given to him. When he was in high school, media hyped him because of his play making ability and once he got an agent the rest was a done deal. If you get on cover of Sport Illustrates at 16, you don't need a college level marketing class, just sit by the phone somebody going to call you.

P.S. Marketing isn't that hard to figure out. To be fair. ;D

The Miami Heat will be tough to beat this year. They might drop a few games early in the season, but as soon as they get on a roll, they will probably be the best team in the league.

The fans that hate Lebron need to get over it. There was not going to be any scenario leaving the Cav's that would have made them happy.
