Thank goodness.

Prayers do work.

Congrats.

Be sure to start her G. Loomis collection of rods and Shimano reels at this time.

By the time she is ready to go fishing she will have a beautiful arsenal of equipment.  ;D   ;D   ;D

Well maybe some good news!

Short version- at the suggestion of something we found out they changed my daughter's medication. It is way way too early to tell but for now she is able to eat w/o feeling bad for the first time in 10years.

That helps that part we just don't know if it will solve the cyclic part where she gets very sick.

It will take more like 2 months to know if it will ward of a hospital stay. It will take 2 or 3 years before we could be comfortable that it will work for the long run.

We belive this has been around that long just in a milder form vs the last 3+ years of hospital stays.

Fingers crossed!

Thanks for all of your good wishes & prayers.

P.S. my future fishing buddy is doing great. He's almost doubled his weight in a little over 7 weeks

It is still so far so good. The daughter has not been sick again since the day she started on the medication.

She has been close once or twice whent he medicine ran out but she managed to get it in time.

Would never have thought after 30-40 total weeks of hospital stays that a medicine would come along that was this good.

  Thanks again.
