Bass Resource and School Relation ?

In high school, there would be a battle of the bands pep rally. One year, my band played The Trees/Xanadu. The next year, we played Cygnus X-1 and Spirit of Radio. Both left most of the students and staff slack jawed. We won both times, LOL. Our encores were usually Scorpions or AC/DC, LOL. Talk about contrast.

haha, I hear ya.

I can't pick a favorite Rush song with them all being amazing, but Xanadu would be in the mix anyway.

I really love The Fountain of Lamneth(Some Rush fans don't even know it)

Track Five, 3rd album, Caress of Steel.

I'm good up to Hold Your Fire. After Presto, they kind of lost me. Still good stuff, but tastes change.

Yes !

But yeah I love all their music but would have to say the 70's are my favorite. Fly By Night, 2112, Farewell to Kings.

Hemispheres is amazing.  :)

It's Unreal that they are not said to be one of the best rock n roll bands by many, and let alone the best prog rock band ever!
