Yup I did. Was kinda let down with the overall action. The kick Silva landed was sick though! Hope Belfort gets another shot at him.

Griffin/Franklin was a total dud but that kick to Belforts face made up for it.

the card was a dud. the kick made up for everything else.

The free prelims on Spike were better than the Pay Per View fights.  Cerrone's choke was awesome.

im kind of tired of silva due to his showboating in the ring and also i thought the mask crap at the weigh in made him look like an ***. I hope he gets hit hard one day the way he drops his hands in a fight. But i will admit, the kick was awesome. Really thought the franklin/griffin fight would have had more action but im glad griffin won.

The mask thing was to make fun of Belfort. He wore the mask because belfort said he was wearing a mask hiding behind his words or something. After St.Pierre's next fight him and silva will go at it.

I agree,  the card was boring.  Silvas kick was awesome and I liked seeing Jones fight.  As much as I'd like to see Silva get beat it doesn't look like it will happen anytime soon.

Jones is definitely the best up and comer.  Him and Silva share the same build,  which they both use to their advantage.  That lean lanky build (with skills) is devestating in wrestling,  boxing and mma.

Silva would have to drop a lot of weight. Remember Silva went and beat everybody at 205 and then dropped to 185 to beat all of them. I don't think he'll drop to 170.

Silva has got the right to showboat. He is proving to be the best ever. A lot of people hated Ali for his mouth but when you can back it up.........

I think Jones' real test is next. I'm surprised to see him get a title shot this fast. He did dominate last night though. Shoggun is a big step up from Bader.

Jon Jones is superb but green. He reminds me of Anderson Silva. That being said, Shogun is a formitable opponent. Especially if he comes in focused; if he looks past Jones he could be in for a rude suprise.

I'll take Jones just because. Shogun is a tough dude though with an extremely well rounded game.

as for Jones - Bader... I think Bader thought he would just out wrestle him and overpower Jones. Jones has really good MMA wrestling and must be stronger than he looks.

Silva is a counter puncher. He drops his hands to make his opponent attack and then counter them. Its a tactic used in his style of fighting.  I don't see it as  showboating. If he was just interested in showboating, then he would not be as respectful after the fights.

I'll say it here first(and i may be eatin crow ) but jones WILL be the next light heavy weight champion in 6 weeks.

I heard last night that gsp is running around at 195 right now. They also said gsp has beat every one at 170. So he plans on jumping up to 185. Once he dose that he wont ever fight in the 170 class. So a gsp and Silva could happen. Mind you I heard that all on espn last night. So I have no clue of that's true.
