ah cool, see I was looking at the boat in relation to the sun, so I thought they were taken at different times

How would you even go about taking that picture?

I can tell you exactly where that tube is. I've experienced it from within. That was taken at the Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu. That little spot in the middle is a surfer ducking the wave. The beach in the background is Sunset Beach. I've seen 30 footers on that beach. It's something that I will never forget.
