LMAO, you guys do look alike. You have most of your hair, though.

Right down to the three fingers at the fish's belly, the fish at chin height, and the wristwatch.

I avoid it in the summer If you look at my other photos, they all have snow in them I came down last winter right after that blizzard we had. It was fun walking to the monuments in 3 feet of snow

Nice job on freezing those wings. New go get a hummingbird :P

Well, if you insist. Got lots of birds to shoot.

That is a whole different shot from a completely different day.  I sit on the back deck drinking Arnold Palmer's and shooting the birds.  Those little suckers are aggressive and I have actually had close encounter with them many times.  I had one hit the hammock one day while I was napping in it.  Fun, but my wife has this fear that one of them is going to fly into her face and stick that long beak into her eye.  She always wears sunglasses on the deck for that reason.

Feeder shots don't count.  ;D

Is it Monday yet?

Eh...another hour.  High ISO, somewhat noisy, but I git the shot.

Hummingbirds are interesting little creatures.

We had one that used to get into our garage from time to time, attracted by the flourescent lights.  At least that's my theory.

To get him out, I'd have to pin him against a window with a soft broom.  At this point, the bird would literally swoon/faint.

I'd take him outdoors, let him just lie there on my palm, and in a few seconds it would come to and fly away, and light on a small branch.

Had to do this three or four times one summer.
